1. Purpose This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Zamzam Travel Agency will provide travel services, including flights, accommodation, tours, and other related arrangements for the Client.

2. Booking and Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 AUD is required at the time of booking to secure travel arrangements. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy The $1,000 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made after full payment may incur penalties and charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Any refund (if applicable) will be subject to supplier terms and administrative fees.

4. Health and Medical Responsibility The Client confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to travel and will seek medical advice if unsure. The Client agrees to undertake regular health checks and comply with all vaccination, medication, and health requirements applicable to the travel destination. The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate travel and health insurance (including COVID-19 and emergency medical cover). The Agency will not be liable for any illness, injury, or medical expense incurred during or as a result of travel.

5. Travel Documents The Client must hold a valid passport and obtain all necessary visas and travel permits. Zamzam Travel Agency may assist in providing guidance but will not be responsible for delays or denials of entry due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

6. Changes by the Client Requests to alter confirmed bookings (dates, names, itinerary) may incur amendment fees and are subject to availability. Any additional cost resulting from such changes shall be paid by the Client.

7. Changes or Cancellations by the Agency The Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances (such as airline changes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns). In such cases, the Agency will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements of equal or similar value.

8. Liability Zamzam Travel Agency acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers. The Agency is not liable for any act, omission, or default of third-party providers. The Client agrees to release the Agency from all claims, losses, or damages arising from delays, injuries, or other incidents beyond the Agency’s control.

9. Acknowledgement By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
